Alliance Shipment Notification System Step By Step Process
Step 1
Notifications
You will receive a notification that your shipment is scheduled for delivery the following day along with an ET (Expected Time) and order details.
Step 2
Confirmation
Following the notification regarding your shipment schedule you will receive a confirmation that your shipment has been loaded and is en-route including the drivers name, vehicle registration number and order details.
Step 3
Live Tracking
A live tracking link will be provided which you can access and follow your shipments journey.
Step 4
Proof of Delivery
Once delivery has been made, you will receive a final e-mail / SMS confirming this with a POD (Proof of Delivery) attached that includes a photograph and signature.
