Our Warehousing facilities, cutting equipment and palletised pick and pack operations are second to none. This means we can provide first class service to you and your customers.

Our integrated IT systems offer live stock updates and our dedicated customer services team are on hand to book in deliveries and provide assistance when needed.

Our four distribution centres have the capacity to store over 50,000 rolls and over 10,000 pallets.

Situated in Hartlepool, Worcester, Hemel Hempstead and Wales our facilities house bespoke racking installations, state of the art cutting tables and sortation systems. All of which enable us to provide a high-level service to you and your customers.

We can provide you with a bespoke package to make sure we are concentrating on all the things that are important to you meaning you can focus on growing your business, with the security of our experience taking care of day-to-day practicalities.

We don’t only specialise in roll stock but palletised product too, meaning we can offer the following:

Collection of pallets for storage
Goods arriving in containers for us to then palletise.
Goods arriving on pallets, to be delivered out as they came in
Storage of pallets, with specific goods picked from each as required.
Delivery pallets made up with goods from several stored pallets
Re-labelling products as needed

We have dedicated teams at each distribution centre who specialise in handling and cutting rolled goods (Carpet, Artificial Grass & Vinyl) and in picking and packing of boxed goods.

From the moment your product arrives on site it is scanned into a unique location, not only ensuring stock integrity but allowing us to process your orders quickly and effectively.

Alliance offers customer Service Enhancement with a New Shipment Tracking system.

Alliance Distribution has made a significant investment to enhance its level of service to its customers, enabling them to track their shipments and be informed of journey progress. With pre-delivery notification, email and SMS text message notifications, the recipient will be informed of the progression of their delivery with an estimated time window and scheduled date for delivery, as well as proof of delivery for that extra peace of mind.
