Alliance Flooring Distribution is part of the Victoria PLC group, a leading designer and manufacturer of flooring products. We have Distribution centres based across the UK and are now looking to strengthen our team due to business growth. We have a fantastic opportunity for Class 1 drivers to come and join us.
Our drivers will be responsible for the delivery of 10-15 drops per day to our customers.
This permanent, full-time role in our business includes the following;
Based at our Southern Distribution Centre, Hemel Hempstead
- Monday to Friday guaranteed 45 hour working week with no weekend work. Nights out maybe required on occasions.
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Bonus scheme (Upon completion of your probationary period)
- Retention bonus – first payment after just 6 months then annually
- Weekly paid
- Night out allowance where applicable
- Pension scheme – with a company contribution currently at 3%
- No bank holiday working
- Christmas shut down period
- 21 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Additional holidays after 2 years’ service
- Ongoing training including CPC

Key responsibilities include:
The safe and professional delivery of floor coverings to our customers. This will all take place in our company vehicles, all of which are highly specked. As a professional driver you will need to comply with all company policies and procedures as well as being responsible for all health and safety practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Full Class 2 Driving Licence
- DCPC Qualification card required and proof of current hours of training
- Holder of a Digi Card
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi drop experience is desirable
